Privacy
This site is designed to collect as little as possible. No advertising, no tracking cookies, no profiling.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Alessandro Gottardo, Milan, Italy, who works as Shout. For any privacy question: [email protected]
What is collected, and why
Licence requests. When you send the request form, we receive the details you enter (name, email, website, the images, intended use, territory, duration and notes). They are used only to reply and prepare a quote, and, if a licence follows, for the related contract and invoicing. The form is delivered by Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA), which processes it on our behalf.
Emails. If you write to us directly, your message is kept only as long as needed to handle it and any resulting work.
Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like any web server, briefly processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site. When you download a moodboard, the site records only that a download happened and how many images it contained.
Legal basis
Replying to your request and any licence that follows (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); invoicing and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)); site security and anonymous statistics (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Your selection stays on your device
The moodboard and your selection of images are saved only in your browser. Nothing is sent to us unless you share a link or send a request. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
Transfers outside the EU
Formspree and Cloudflare may process data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long
Requests that do not lead to a licence are deleted within 24 months. Data linked to a licence or invoice is kept for as long as Italian law requires (currently ten years).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
